The Sony FX6V (ILME-FX6V) is part of Sony’s professional Cinema Line, designed to deliver the best of cinematic expression in a compact and lightweight build. It features a 10.2MP full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor, paired with the powerful BIONZ XR image processor, offering incredible low-light performance and up to 15+ stops of dynamic range.
The FX6 supports 4K 120fps slow-motion, 10-bit 4:2:2 color sampling, and a base ISO of 800 (expandable up to 409600), making it suitable for any lighting conditions. Its fast hybrid autofocus system with Real-time Eye AF and touchscreen control offers reliable tracking during both handheld and gimbal work.
Built with modular flexibility, the FX6 is compatible with Sony E-mount lenses, external monitors, and cinema-grade accessories. It also features dual card slots, SDI & HDMI outputs, XLR audio input, and S-Cinetone picture profiles, making it an excellent choice for modern filmmaking.
